4. How to Start a Return
To begin a return:

Repack the item in its original packaging, including your receipt

Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Ship it to the return address provided by our team
5. How to Exchange an Item
For exchanges:

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship the replacement at no additional cost
